For example, if you do a headstand or a forearm stand, which is an inverted position, the sudden blood flow to the head may not be good for high BP patients. - The inexperience of the trainer: Be cautious while choosing your trainer. He/ she can be a boon as well as a curse. It’s safe when your instructor quite experienced. Similarly, your trainer must be familiar with all your health conditions. So that he/she can suggest your postures accordingly.
- Hot Yoga can cause problems: It should do in humid conditions where the room temperature is raised from average. Thus, it can cause dehydration, exhaustion, and dizziness for heart patients. Be aware of your health condition before starting your sessions.
- Choosing the wrong Yoga: Your “goals” should align with the “type” you choose. There are different types of yoga. Some may focus on breathing, while some other on intense exercises. So it is very important to decide “what you want to achieve” before choosing your style.
